Trainings
Rooted Bodywork combines evidence-based techniques with an emphasis on being healing centered (trauma informed), body neutral and awareness, creating safe spaces where individuals can reflect, connect, and grow together.

Rooted Bodywork offers custom training and also has specific continuing education offerings for Massage Therapists* taught by Carla Gaskins-Nathan, LMT, CMLMT. *All MaMassage® courses are both NYS and NCBTMB approved for Continuing Education hours​
